F.A.Q.

The most common questions I get asked about my services

While we don’t do rolling applications, keep an eye out for when we announce a call for Latinos/as/xs! This will be posted on IG and this site!

Absolutely! This would be considered an event and/or workshop. Please contact me through the contact form or at lookingbilingue@gmail.com and we can schedule a time to discuss what you are looking for.

Yes, I am happy to speak with you to see what it is that you are looking to accomplish and to make a specific plan for your needs. If you like one of my previous engagements, I’m also happy to adapt that content to your organization or school.

My fees are determined based on a number of factors that can vary depending on the ask. I’m happy to talk to you about what you are looking for, what your budget is, and find a comfortable agreement for all parties.

That’s completely understandable! The work I do is very niche and lives in several categories (arts, education, storytelling, language, culture, Latino/a/x topics, arts administration etc) so it can be a bit daunting figuring out how to be a part of it. I am very passionate about my work and happy to talk to you and figure out how I can be of most service. A lot of my work is about navigating that in between space and so I’m comfortable exploring what options can be available for you.

Yes I am, though I am very selective about this kind of work. I try to be respectful of my fellow thespians who are out there auditioning and working hard to land these opportunities. I am open to hearing about what you have me in mind for, but typically only accept projects I feel close to.

This is a great question! While my passion is about Latinidad and everything that falls within it, the beauty of actually looking bilingue is that there are several groups that could relate and have conversations with their own experiences as the lens. Short answer is, I want to focus on Latinos/as/xs for now but have high hopes for bringing on future hosts from other walks of life that can apply this concept with the help of our work here.
